Plain English
Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us on this site. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we keep your message and the address it came from.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one reason: to answer your request. That might mean replying with questions, preparing the buyer map you asked for, or suggesting a conversation. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not add you to any list.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until your request is closed, and then for up to 12 months, so we have a record if you come back to us. After that we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Software Growth who are handling your request. We never sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.
Asking us to delete your details
You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Write to megan.lee@softwaregrowth.co, or send a note through our contact form, and we will remove them and confirm when it is done. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking of any kind. The only outside service it calls is a font provider, so the text displays in our typefaces.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page first.
